MyPurolator is our new unified portal which allows single sign on, we are currently working on migrating our online solutions to the MyPurolator portal. Soon you will be able to access all Purolator solutions via one single site.
 

You can click on Forgot Password during the login process, by providing your email address, you will receive a code to initiate the password reset process.

You can click on Unlock my account directly on the main login page, by providing your email address, you will receive a code to initiate the account unlock process.
 

Purolator chose to implement multi-factor authentication to follow the industry’s best practice in terms of security. 

Purolator has implemented multi-factor authentication, you will need to provide a 6 digit code with your password when opening a session on the MyPurolator portal.
 

Once you have provided your email address (login account) as well as your password, the system will trigger a second stage where you will be prompted to enter a random 6 digit code sent to the factor(s) of your choice. 
 

If you use the same device / browser, the system will only prompt you for a 6 digit code every 14 days. For every new device you may start using, the system will prompt you for a 6 digit code.

You can choose between email, sms, voice call and the Okta verify app.

Sharing login credentials is not recommended, each user should register on their own using their email address. 

Yes, as Purolator migrates online applications to the MyPurolator unified portal, your existing login and password will continue to work.
