Due to the current situation throughout Ukraine and Russia, effective immediately, our service to the regions has been suspended until further notice.
Customer alert: Fraudulent email and text message representation of Purolator
Some of our customers may receive emails and text messages that appear to be from a Purolator account or phone number, asking for personal or financial information. These messages are not from Purolator.
New Excessive Length value-added service fee for Freight shipments
Effective July 3, 2023, we are introducing a new Excessive Length value-added service fee*, in the amount of $70.00 per shipment, for Freight/LTL shipments that measure over 96” (243 cm) on one side.
