As part of Purolator’s commitment to continually improve infrastructure, we are conducting a full system upgrade of SAP in July and September which will impact the online shipping channels - E-Ship® Online (ESO) and E-Ship® Web Services (EWS).
During the maintenance periods, customers will be unable to register for ESO and EWS, create shipments, print labels, get estimates or access the Purolator Billing Centre.
We have chosen times for these activities that will be the least disruptive for the majority of our customers, though some customers might be impacted. Our Purolator Billing Centre will also be impacted during these outages.
Functionalities on ESO and EWS will be unavailable during the following times:
- July 12, 2026, from 12 a.m. midnight until 6 a.m. ET
- Sept. 6, 2026, from 12 a.m. midnight until 6 a.m. ET
E-Ship Server and E-Ship EDI services continue to be available for customers.
