Effective November 1, 2026 to March 14, 2027, Purolator will temporarily adjust the delivery commitments for time-definite Express and Ground services destined for Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Northwest Territories from anywhere in Canada.
This seasonal adjustment is in response to the decision by the Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Northwest Territories governments to remain on permanent Daylight Saving Time and will be in effect on an annual basis.
The following service commitment changes will apply for the effective dates and locations:
- 9:00 a.m. service commitment shipments will be delivered by 10:00 a.m.
- 10:30 a.m. service commitment shipments will be delivered by 11:30 a.m.
- 12:00 p.m. service commitment shipments will be delivered by 1:00 p.m.
End-of-day service commitments remain unchanged.
