Effective Jan. 1, 2024, we are introducing a new Dangerous Goods Non-compliant specialized service fee, in the amount of $75 per piece.
The Non-compliant service fee will apply to packages that are not prepared in full compliance with Transport Canada Dangerous Goods Regulations and require additional handling or actions by Purolator in order to process.
Purolator always strives to provide exceptional customer service. This new specialized service fee has been put in place to support the health and safety of our employees and customers and to help customers adhere to Transport Canada Dangerous Goods Regulations, for the packaging and movement of Dangerous Goods.
