Updated rates will be in effect as of Sept. 1, 2024. Rate changes allow us to tailor our business needs, while enhancing our network and delivery options for our customers. This standard annual rate increase is not applicable to customers with negotiated agreements with Purolator.

Purolator is committed to providing exceptional service and meeting our customers’ needs. We continue to invest in the future to ensure we can maintain our high levels of service for consumers and businesses. We made progress on the following long-term priorities and investments.

  • Service: We service 100 per cent of all postal codes across Canada and with more than 2,900 locations across the country, 73 per cent of Canadians are within three kilometres of a Purolator shipping location.
  • Network: This includes expanding and growing our network through new terminals, investing in automated equipment to improve service efficiency and reducing our carbon footprint by electrifying our fleet and investing in sustainable, carbon neutral technology. 
  • Digital transformation: We continue to invest in digital tools, recently implementing a national rollout of our Photo Proof of Delivery solution for Origin Signature Not Required (OSNR) shipments, providing expanded visibility on shipments for all customers and earlier this year went live with our digital transformation and modernization of our Finance system with the intention to enhance your shipping and billing experience. While we are still working through our digital transformation, this evolution will streamline our future processes, consolidate steps and automate manual tasks, enabling us to better serve our customers.
  • Our community and environment: We continue to support our communities and sustainability by advancing our goal to be an industry leader in corporate sustainability on our path to reach net-zero emissions by 2050 and through our Purolator Tackle Hunger program, which has raised more than 22 million pounds of food for Canadian food banks since it began in 2003.
