Yes. Chat is available through our top navigation on the home page, and you can visit our Help & Support page for further assistance.

No. Any login information on our website won’t be affected. This includes E-Ship Online (ESO), Purolator Billing Centre, E-Ship Vision (ESV) and E-Ship Web Services (EWS).

The new is simple, logical and intuitive. Common tasks such as logging in, tracking shipments, getting estimates and finding a shipping centre can be easily located on the homepage. The site has also been designed so that our customers have a great experience on any device.
