Purolator is proud to announce a collaboration with long-time customer Chrisco Canada on the creation of five Purolator Tackle Hunger® donation boxes. The donation boxes will be distributed seasonally to provincial food banks across Canada and will include a variety of items including canned goods, juices, cereals and infant food.
The Purolator Tackle Hunger donation box collaboration comes at a time when both food bank usage and the need for food donations are at an all-time high. Having led the delivery of Chrisco Canada’s hampers for more than 20 years, Purolator is excited to join forces with Chrisco Canada to support those facing food insecurity. Additionally, Chrisco Canada’s more than 50 years of experience providing food hampers uniquely positions them to join Purolator in the fight against hunger.
“I have had the privilege of working with the Chrisco Canada team for the last six years, and I can truly say our partnership is one full of collaboration and mutual support,” said Melody Scarlett, Senior Account Executive at Purolator and the relationship lead for this partnership. “Chrisco Canada has always been a strong champion of Purolator Tackle Hunger, having previously donated more than 1,900 pounds of food to the program.”
