Purolator announces 2023 Carrier of the Year Award winners

Recognizing partner carriers that demonstrate exceptional results in safety and customer service

TORONTO, June 19, 2024 — Purolator has announced the recipients of its 2023 Carrier of the Year Awards – in the categories of Safety and Service Performance. These awards recognize top-performing linehaul carriers prioritize safety in their processes and results and that provide exceptional customer service. These attributes help Purolator drive results for our customers through the country’s largest transportation network, reaching all Canadians in even the most remote parts of the country.

Established in 2009, the Carrier of the Year Award objectively evaluates Purolator carriers in several key areas, including on-time performance, peak-season performance and green initiatives. The evaluation also looks at carrier fitness, which includes fuel efficiency, cost-reduction initiatives, contingency plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
