These awards recognize top-performing linehaul carriers prioritize safety in their processes and results and that provide exceptional customer service. Established in 2009, the Carrier of the Year Award objectively evaluates Purolator carriers in several key areas, including on-time performance, peak-season performance and green initiatives. The evaluation also looks at carrier fitness, which includes fuel efficiency, cost-reduction initiatives, contingency plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
