We are experiencing a technical issue that is causing a delay in shipment status updates in our online tracking platforms. This means that a shipment could be picked up or delivered but will not display as such when tracked online. Additionally, we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls to our Contact Centre resulting in longer wait times.
