Following community evacuations caused by wildfires in Yellowknife and Kelowna, service is impacted in these areas.
We are unable to deliver to Yellowknife at this time and our Authorized Shipping Agents are temporarily closed. Purolator Air Express® volume to and from Kelowna will potentially experience a day delay as we utilize ground resources to continue servicing the areas that have not been evacuated.
For areas that have been evacuated, we will hold shipments destined for the area at the nearest terminal location until the area reopens for delivery.
Please check our Purolator locator tool on purolator.com before visiting a Purolator Shipping Centre or Authorized Shipping Agent, in the event these locations are currently inaccessible due to the evacuation orders in place.
Additionally, continue to use our Track tool on the home page of purolator.com to check for the current status of your specific shipments. Delayed shipments will display as “Natural Disaster.”
