Due to heavy volume and limited access to ground transportation systems, Purolator Ground® shipments destined to and from some areas of British Columbia may experience delivery delays of approximately one day. 

Additionally, on-time delivery guarantees for Purolator Express shipments going to, from and within British Columbia are temporarily suspended (effective Nov. 17, 2021).

We are prioritizing critical healthcare and Purolator Express® air shipments and working to process all volume as quickly as possible.
