As of Aug. 20, 2022, we are resuming our pre-pandemic process to capture a written signature for the delivery of all Signature Required shipments. Customers will be asked to provide a written signature on the courier’s scanner at time the package is being delivered.
We’re continuing to follow advice from public health organizations and medical experts to guide our ongoing COVID-19 response.
