Purolator offers several ways to receive your invoice electronically, eliminating the need for a paper invoice. Purolator offers three paperless billing options. Click on the links to learn more about each option.
If you currently receive Purolator invoices and would like to change to a different invoicing format, please call us at 1 866 313-4357.
Purolator can only invoice you in one format. If you choose to have your invoice mailed, you cannot receive it in an electronic format as well. There are several electronic options to choose from – Billing Centre, EDI and ePost Connect. You can talk to a customer service representative at 1 888 SHIP-123 (1 888 744-7123) and select option #3 if you have any questions about what would be right for your company.
With electronic invoicing, the data integrates with your accounts payable systems, eliminating paperwork and allowing you to consolidate invoices for all your shipping locations.
We offer complete EDI capabilities to trading partners in accordance with ANSI ASC-X12, Proprietary and custom specifications. Upon request, we can quickly implement any or all of the following transactions:

Purolator has created the Purolator Invoice Viewer Tool enabling the download of CSV invoice files and ability to choose the columns you want visible on the invoice file. The video demo of “how to use” the Purolator Invoice Viewer Tool can be found on www.purolator.com.

epost Connect is the digital delivery platform with bank‐grade encryption that facilitates sending and receiving confidential messages and documents with one or multiple recipients. Epost Connect is backed by Canada Post and you can learn more about it here.
In order to sign-up for epost Connect you will have to go to the epost website to create an account.
When your invoice is ready, you will receive an email notification from epost™. Simply click the “Access Message” button. You will be directed to log-in to your epost account, or register a new account to read your invoice.
