Purolator Customer Care team to interact with customers using Twitter
Need help tracking a shipment? Want information about our products? Want to know the send-by dates for holiday delivery? Or maybe you need help with a specific shipment? Beginning Nov. 5, 2010, customers have a new way to connect with Purolator through a new Twitter account. Customers can now go to www.twitter.com/purolatorhelp to be connected with a Purolator representative.
Customers can find the new Twitter link in the “Contact Us” section of Purolator.com under “Contact Purolator Online” and connect themselves to a Purolator representative to answer their questions in real time.
Purolator’s Customer Care team will provide live support Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Should questions or comments of a more specific nature arise, customers will be encouraged to contact the Customer Care team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The activity and feedback on this account will be closely monitored to help us provide a better experience for our customers. Tweeting is merely a stepping stone into the social media network for Purolator, allowing this experience to give us a stronger presence in the social media world in the near future.
