On November 10, 2013 we updated our online shipping platform.
The following browsers and settings are recommended for Purolator’s Online Shipping system:
At the top of your screen on the Internet browser page, where it says “File”, “Edit”, “View”, “Favorite”, “Tools”, “Help”?
Click on “Help” to see what version of Internet Explorer you are running.
If you are using Internet Explorer, we recommend adding our website (purolator.com) to your compatibility view settings.
To do this, click on “Tools”, and then on “Compatibility View Settings”. You'll see our website address. Click on “Add”.
Most issues can be resolved by logging off Purolator online shipping and deleting your temporary Internet files (known as "cookies"). After deleting your cookies, log back in by going to www.purolator.com, rather than using a link from your Favourites.
In the browser menu bar at the top left of the screen, click on “Tools”, “Tools” again, “Applications”, type in “pdf”
and click “search”. It should bring up a PDF result. On the right hand side under “action” select “Use Adobe Acrobat in Firefox”
then click “Ok".
Click on “Documents” in the menu bar and select “List all” from the drop-down menu.
Click on Alt+Print Screen, paste to a Word document or Notepad and print.
To reprint a shipment created today please go to “Ship & Track”, “Reprint Shipping Documents”, “Shipping Documents” then
“List All”. Click on the print icon beside the PIN you would like to print.
To reprint the bill of lading, click on “Ship & Track” then select “Reprint Shipping Documents”. You'll see a white menu bar which includes the word “Documents”, click on the word “Documents”. You'll see a drop-down menu. Select “List all” from that menu.
