You can also change your preferences for all shipments, or by individual shipment.

Types of Shipment Notifications
By default, you may receive up to 5 notifications at various stages of the shipping process:
There are 3 types of Shipment Delivery Emails:
- Proof of Pickup Emails notify you when a shipment has been picked up by Purolator, if applicable
- Out for Delivery Emails notify you when a shipment is on a truck and expected to be delivered that day
- Final Delivery Emails notify you when a shipment has been successfully delivered
Remember, you can also start notifications or adjust their frequency to receivers and other contacts, such as customers and co-workers.
