Purolator is committed to continually improving our infrastructure to better serve our customers. We will soon be upgrading our system to enhance our customer experience. This upgrade will result in the temporary limited functionality of some of our online shipping channels. 

More specifically, the option to create a shipment and pay with a credit card will not be available on E-Ship® Online (ESO) and E-Ship Now (ESN) from Thursday, March 28 to Saturday, March 30. The option to create shipments on an account will still be available throughout this time. Additionally, on Sunday, March 31, ESO, ESN and E-Ship Web Services will be unavailable. 

E-Ship Server, EDI and third-party shipping platforms will not be impacted during this upgrade window. 

A more detailed breakdown of the service impacts related to this upgrade is listed below.

E-Ship Online 

  • From Thursday, March 28 at 12 a.m. ET to Saturday, March 30 at 11:59 p.m. ET, the option to create shipments with a credit card payment will not be available. The option to create shipments on an account will still be available. 
  • To ship using a credit card during this time, customers can visit a Purolator Shipping Centre, Authorized Shipping Agent or Staples location. To find a Purolator shipping location near you, and check hours of operation, please use our Locator tool
  • E-Ship Online will be unavailable from Sunday, March 31 at 12 a.m. ET to Monday, April 1 at 4 a.m. ET. 

E-Ship Now (Ship as a Guest) will be unavailable from Thursday, March 28 at 12 a.m. ET until Monday, April 1 at 4 a.m. ET. 

  • From Thursday, March 28 to Saturday, March 30, shipments can be made with a credit card payment at a Purolator Shipping Centre, Authorized Shipping Agent or Staples location. To find a Purolator shipping location near you, and check hours of operation, please use our Locator tool
  • On Sunday, March 31, the option to create shipments with a credit card payment through E-Ship Now will not be available. 

E-Ship Web Services, our 24x7 solution and the Purolator Mobile® App will be unavailable from Sunday, March 31 at 12 a.m. ET to Monday, April 1 at 4 a.m. ET. 

Purolator Billing Centre will be unavailable from Thursday, March 28 at 4 p.m. ET to Monday, April 1 at 4 a.m. ET. 

  • During this time, customers will not be able to view or pay invoices. 
  • Shipments created on March 28 and 29 will appear on the first invoice in April (dated April 5), rather than the final invoice of March (dated March 29).
