Maintaining focus to meet customer needs
Updated rates will be in effect as of Jan. 1, 2023.* Rate changes allow us to tailor our business needs, while enhancing our network and delivery options for our customers.
Throughout the past year, Purolator stayed focused on meeting our customers’ needs as COVID-19 and extreme weather events impacted the transportation industry and communities throughout Canada. While always striving to provide exceptional service for consumers and businesses, we made progress on the following long-term priorities and investments:
-
Service: Expanding our express air network capacity and global supply chain capabilities to enhance our international service options, creating industry-specific transportation solutions for businesses shipping to, from and within Canada.
-
Network: Improving our network and service capabilities through the opening of our new state-of-the-art National Hub, new or expanded facilities, portable dock expansions to increase parcel sorting capabilities, new shipment pick-up and drop-off locations and growing our employee base.
-
Digital tools: Providing peace of mind to our customers through enhanced digital tools to give customers more self-serve options and convenience, working to improve real-time tracking for more precise shipment visibility and digitizing processes for more efficient service.
-
Community and environment: Advancing our commitment to communities and sustainability through our Purolator Tackle Hunger® program, supporting Canadian small businesses and expanding our fleet of electric vehicles in key markets.
