When it’s urgent that your shipment gets to its destination today – rely on Purolator. We offer a variety of delivery options, whether across town or across the country. And for greater convenience, Purolator offers same day pickup and delivery, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.*

With Purolator Same Day service, you can choose from a range of service levels to meet your time-sensitive requirements:

Purolator Same Day™ In-City

When you have an urgent shipment that needs to be delivered across the city today, choose from our suite of Purolator Same Day options, available in select Canadian cities, for delivery within city limits that will help you meet your and your customers’ deadline.

Purolator Same Day™ 30 Minute: Pickup and delivery within a half-hour.
Purolator Same Day™ 60 Minute: Pickup and delivery within an hour.
Purolator Same Day™ 90 Minute: Pickup and delivery within an hour and a half.
Purolator Same Day™ 2 Hour: Pickup and delivery within 2 hours.
Purolator Same Day™ 4 Hour: Pickup and delivery within 4 hours.

Purolator Same Day In-City products are available on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (origin local time). Pickups must be dispatched by 5:00 p.m., unless After Hours service is requested.

Purolator Same Day™ Next Flight Out 
Choose this premium air service when your shipment has to get to and from select cities across Canada as soon as possible.

Purolator Same Day™ Direct
When your shipment has to get to a location in Canada, or from Canada to the U.S., as soon as possible, we’ll drive your shipment directly to its destination.

Purolator Same Day™ Scheduled
If you need to pre-schedule a direct delivery in Canada on a regular timetable (e.g., daily, weekly or monthly), use our Purolator Same Day Scheduled service.

Transportation

Purolator Same Day services are based on delivery by car or bike. Depending on your shipment’s size and weight, you may require a larger vehicle. Vans are available for any Purolator Same Day service upon request for an additional charge. 5-ton trucks and tailgates are only available for Purolator Same Day Direct services.

Second Person Assistance
Purolator Same Day services are based on delivery by one person. Second person assistance is available upon request for an additional charge.

After Hours
Purolator Same Day services (other than Purolator Same Day 90 Minute, Purolator Same Day 2 Hour or Purolator Same Day 4 Hour) are available on weekdays after regular business hours between 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (origin local time), Saturday, Sunday and days that are statutory holidays in Canada, subject to availability.

Purolator Same Day service is provided by a Purolator authorized agent. Please ensure that your Purolator Same Day shipments are not tendered to your regular Purolator driver.

To order a pickup, simply call 1 888 SHIP-123 and choose number 1 “Pickup, estimates or shipping supplies” and then number 4 for the “same day” option from the automated phone menu. You can also drop off your shipment at a Purolator Shipping Centre.

Please note that, as of August 15, 2011, the current Purolator Same Day waybill will no longer be accepted by Purolator. In its place, once you have called in your order request, you will receive an e-mail receipt setting out your order number and shipment details.
