Purolator a big winner at the ECMAs
Purolator wins the first Employer of Choice Marketing Award (ECMA) for Community/Corporate Citizenship Initiatives
On Mar. 21, the Purolator Tackle Hunger Program was awarded with the first-ever Employer of Choice Marketing Award (ECMA) for Community/Corporate Citizenship Initiatives. In its inaugural year, the award was presented to Purolator in recognition for its activity in the community and good corporate citizenship.
The Employer of Choice Marketing Awards are the only awards in Canada dedicated to recognizing the very best in branding by employers working to build an image that will help them connect with potential employees, current employees and the general public.
“It is an honour to receive the inaugural Employer of Choice Marketing Award for Community/Corporate Citizenship Initiatives,” said Brian Meagher, Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. “Purolator employees across the country can share in this accomplishment as they have been integral in making the Purolator Tackle Hunger program a resounding success.”
Purolator was presented with the award at a gala event in Toronto, where the winning entries were showcased. The gala brought together representatives from various fields that have significantly contributed to advances in the area of employment branding, including employers, human resource professionals, advertising agencies and public relations practitioners. |
