Ms. Boretsky is Vice-President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Compliance for Canada Post Corporation and serves as the top legal official of the Canada Post Group. In this role she provides legal advice to the Board of Directors and Senior Management of all companies within the Group. She also oversees Canada Post's Security and Investigations group and the development of Canada Post's compliance program in relation to Proceeds of Crime, Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (PCMLTF), Privacy, Access to Information, Human Rights, Employment Equity, Official Languages and Whistleblowing. Bonnie joined Canada Post in 1984 as Legal Counsel and held the positions of Assistant General Counsel, Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Executive Officer, and Vice President, Compliance. Ms. Boretsky earned her Law Degree in 1979 from the University of Ottawa.
