By phone: Call us at 1 888 SHIP-123 and choose option 3. We can set up your account right on the phone.
No matter what your volume of shipping is, you can set up a Purolator account.
Purolator invoices weekly. At your request, you may be eligible for monthly billing. Please call 1 888 SHIP-123 to request an approval for monthly billing.
Effective June 1, 2016 Purolator will charge a $2 paper invoice fee for every paper invoice issued. If you register for the Purolator Billing Centre, you can save the paper invoice fee while helping the environment by going paperless.
There is an administrative cost to Purolator to print invoices, which is why we introduced the charge. If you sign up for the Purolator Billing Centre, you’ll be helping the environment by going paperless, and you’ll be to access, download or print your invoices any time. You’ll also save a $2 paper invoice fee that will come into effect on June 1, 2016.
If you are a registered user of the Billing Centre, you can submit an invoice dispute for open invoices by clicking on the Dispute menu.
If you receive your invoices by mail, EDI or epost Connect, you can dispute an invoice by contacting 1 866 313-4357, by chat on Purolator.com or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A Purolator representative will review the dispute and contact you.
