Ordering a pick up is easier than ever before with Purolator's enhanced Automated Touch Tone Pick Up Service. This automated pick up service, allows you to schedule a pick up within Canada using your touch-tone telephone. In the event the cut off time for requesting a pick up for today has passed, you can schedule a pick up for the next business day or any future date within the current calendar year.
What do I need in order to use this service?
In order to use this service you will need, the area code and telephone number of the pick up location, along with an extension number or a unique "Customer Location Code" which identifies your preferred location for our courier to pick up your package. (Front door, reception etc.). If you do not have a location code or wish to associate your extension number to your phone number, please call one of our Customer Service Representatives at 1 888-SHIP-123.
What information will I be asked for when using this service?
You will be asked to enter the following information when using our Automated Pick Up Service
- The area code and phone number of the address at which the pick up is to occur followed by either the extension number or customer location code
- You will then be asked to enter the time at which the package will be ready for pick up as well as the time at which you will be closed or unavailable
- Next you will be prompted to enter the number of packages you will be shipping as well as the total estimated weight of the shipment.
- You will then be provided with a confirmation number for your pick up.
